Warranty Policy

Welcome to the Loop Earplugs Warranty Hub! Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with our customer-centric warranty policy. Here, you can review our warranty terms or submit a warranty claim.

Warranty Coverage

Loop warrants that every Loop-branded product and accessory (including, but not limited to, earplugs, carry cases, mute, carry cords, etc.) (collectively, “Loop Products”) as well as any other item sold by Loop (“Complementary Products”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the original delivery date (the “Warranty Period”). If a qualifying defect arises during the Warranty Period, Loop will, at its sole option, repair or replace the affected product with the same or an equivalent model at no charge to the original purchaser. “Normal use” is use that conforms to the product’s technical specifications, user manual and any service communications issued by Loop. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty

Our warranty does not cover non-Loop branded products, even if sold with Loop Products. Damage resulting from failure to follow our usage instructions isn't covered. Specifically, the warranty doesn't apply to the following exclusions (“Warranty Exclusions”):

  • Consumable parts like protective coatings that naturally wear over time, unless due to defects.
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless due to defects.
  • Damage from using third-party components that don't meet Loop specifications.
  • Damage from accidents, abuse, misuse, fire or other external causes.
  • Damage from operating outside our published guidelines.
  • Products modified without Loop's written permission.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the Loop Product.

What's Covered

Products are covered for defects and malfunctions until they're worn out beyond reasonable repair. This means the product's lifespan, not your lifetime. Factors determining the end of product life include significant discoloration, degradation, or failure of major components due to extended use

Important Restriction

Warranty service may be restricted to the country where the product was originally sold.
